The Trailer has brand new tires and we added a spare.  New Brakes and Rotors.  We do have all service records with the boat.  (We want to be very transparent, new cushions are needed.  We are missing two on the back unfortunately.  The two front are worn we when purchased this boat, other wise she is in great shape.
