Hull & Construction

  • Hand-laid GRP hull
  • Moulded non-slip surface to deck, coachroof and cockpit coamings
  • Tiller steering
  • Long keel
  • Hull taken back to gel coat and repainted (Colour changed from Red to Dark Blue Gloss).  (Series of Pictures available to show various stages)
    • Topsides – Sanded, Faired and Filled before 3 Coats of Primer, 2 coats of 50/50 Primer and Gloss, 3 Coats Epifanes Monourethane Gloss (3129 Deep Blue) Flatted back and Faired between Coats.
    • Cove Line – 3 Coats
    • Boot Topping – 2 Coats
    • Antifoul – 2 Coats (3 Coats at Waterline)
    • Rudder – painted to same standard as to Hull Topsides, boot Topping and Antifoul
  • Toerail and Taffrail replaced totally with new teak.
  • New Fairleads fitted Fwd and Aft.
  • Portside Galley Replaced totally with New Structure and shelving.
  • Heads/Cabin Bi-Fold Door available but not fitted.
  • Cabin Windows Removed, Serviced and Replaced.
  • 6 Coats of White and Grey non-slip paint applied to Deck, Cockpit and Cabin Top.
  • Various GRP repairs (nothing major)

Deck, Rigging & Sails

Deck & Rigging:

  • All Standing Rigging and Guard Wires replaced with new.
  • New Cranked Guard Wire Stanchions fitted (angled out to improve side deck access)
  • All Running Rigging Replaced with new
  • Halliards internalised in Mast.
  • Electric and Electronic Services cabling within mast fitted on support cable and tensioned.
  • Genoa Furler (Furlex 101S) serviced
  • Reefing converted to single line reefing (2 Reefs) – All to Cockpit.
  • New Barton Boom Strut fitted alongside new Vang.
  • Lazy Jacks and Mainsail Stackpack Fitted.
  • New Mast Hanger Plate fitted with new Barton Blocks and Deck Clutches to support cockpit operation.

Sails:

  • Original Genoa, Mainsail and Spinnaker inspected, repaired and laundered.
  • New Sail Bags and Spinnaker Launch Bag
  • Mainsail Bolt Rope removed and replaced to Slides
  • New Mainsail Stacker Cover fitted.

Winches:

  • 2 x New Lewmar 15ST Self Tailing Winches fitted to Cabin Top
