The Catalina 36mkII has a large volume interior, Very comfortable Forward and Aft Cabins, ergonomic Galley, and a perfectly practical Head.
Of Special Note: Mystic Sea was the very last 2004 model boat manufactured and has all the 2005 model updates. Usually this wouldn’t matter much, ie it has a handy little door they added to reach in to shut off the engine water intake without having to lift the mattress / floor panels in the aft cabin, the 'princess seats' in the back rail are updated etc. The one big update worth mentioning is the newer better chainplates that aren't prone to leaking like the pre-2005 design were.
