Pearson 35 for sale

The first Pearson 35 was built in 1968 and the model remained in production, nearly unchanged, until 1982. As a testament to its popularity, this 14-year production run was the longest of any Pearson model built, surpassing the Pearson 30 by four years.
The Pearson 35 has a very livable cabin arrangement with a comfortable V-berth cabin, an adequately sized head along the port side with hanging locker and storage opposite. The  combination dinette/double berth along the port side of the main saloon and a transom berth/pilot berth combination along the starboard side give ample room for additional overnight guests.  The galley is aft with the sink and stove on the port side and the icebox on the starboard. The current owner takes pride in this vessel and it shows. Interior varnished teak and teak and holly sole are in excellent condition. New Raymarine Axium touch screen chart plotter (3/21), New Pro Nautic battery charger (12/20) w/ Victron Battery Monitor. She even has dingy davit system aft.
In addition to the spacious interior the cockpit.is large (over 9' long), comfortable, and efficient, equally satisfactory for sailing or dockside entertaining.
