You will not find a boat in better condition with all the stuff you need to hit the water! I am the 2nd owner and have the title in hand for the boat and trailer. Bought from Eagle Marine (now NXTLVL Marine) in Ft. Worth. They have done all the maintenance on the boat. The owner before me was a Southwest Airlines Pilot. The boat was emmaculate when I bought it in 2016 and I have kept it that way.
Boat comes with the matching trailer it was sold with. New tires including spare installed.
Boat is located at Pier 121 on Lake Lewisville. It is in a covered slip on a lift. My lease is up and I am sure they would work with you if you wanted to keep same slip and set up with lights, table, chairs, pully system for boat cover, etc. There is a cove just outside the marina to the east that we spend 90% of our time in. Great Locatioin! It is located on the East side of the marina and received that area of the doc received no damage in this storm or the one 5 years or so ago.
I have added many upgrades to the boat and it has only 278 hours (just taken off the ecm on the engine). We used the boat 2 times last summer and once the summer before. Family dynamics have changed and just don't use.
Everything works on the boat as I recently checked all functionality. There was a problem with one amplifier thus the new JL Audio Amplifier. Sounds much better with this amp.
