Beneteau Antares 8 OB is a boat with an enclosed saloon and an outboard motor. The vessel with a fiberglass hull 8.23 m long and 2.76 m wide has been produced since 2017. Antares 7 OB, which was released in the series a year earlier, was taken as a prototype. This hardtop pleasure boat is operated within coastal areas. The shipyard offers various additions to its standard equipment. Options include a stereo system with water-resistant speakers, tables in the cockpit and in the saloon, an opening hatch in the cabin, a shower in the cockpit and in the bathroom, air conditioning, etc.
The upper deck of the boat is formed by a closed saloon with a helm station and a dining area consisting of a sofa and a table that can be transformed into a full double bed. The cockpit also has a dining area that can be converted into a lounger. Opposite the sofa in the saloon is a compact galley equipped with a stove, sink, oven, mini-fridge and microwave oven. On the starboard side, you can go to the swimming platform with a retractable ladder.
From the saloon, the aisle between the skipper's chair and the dining area leads to the lower deck. There is a cabin with the possibility of full accommodation and rest for two passengers and a bathroom with a sink.
Suzuki outboard motor - 115 hp is used as standard. Dealers offer power plants for Beneteau Antares 8 OB with an output of up to 250 hp. after some preparation of the transom. Fuel on board 280 liters, fresh water 100 liters.
