Chaparral 230 SunCoast - the successor to the line of bowriders, manufactured by the shipyard since 2016. The hull of the boat is made of fiberglass using vacuum molding technology. This production method allows to reduce the weight of the hull without loss of strength characteristics, which positively affects the streamlining and controllability of the vessel.
At the stern of the vessel a bathing platform was mounted, equipped with a ladder for launching into the water and a non-slip polymer coating. Nearby are two seats, turned against the course of the boat. The cockpit is equipped with two corner sofas, equipped with storage lockers and a top-loading refrigerator.
The captain's seat is equipped with an adjustable sports seat and a power steering wheel. The electronic dashboard of the Chaparral 230 SunCoast is equipped with a tachometer, speedometer, fuel level sensor and navigation system, below the main devices there is a control panel for the built-in audio system with waterproof speakers. A hold is provided between the captain’s and the helm’s seats for storing water skis or a wakeboard, there is also a passage to the bow of the hull, where two sunbeds, a small refrigerator and storage lockers are equipped, and a folding table can also be installed.
At the request of the customer, the Chaparral 230 SunCoast is equipped with engines of the Mercury Four Stroke Verado series, Yamaha 4.2L V6 Four Stroke, Yamaha Four Stroke for 200 or 250 hp Fuel capacity - 265 liters, tank capacity for fresh water - 51 liters.
