The 48-meter Lilium can easily be described as “roomy, refreshing and luminous” thanks to the layout and the color palette used in the interior areas. “It is always exciting to see the end result of our designs. After the success of Nerissa, we can’t wait to see how Lilium will affect the ones who see her. She is a proud example of today’s globally recognized Turkish craftsmanship,” says Emrecan Özgün from Unique Yacht Design, “At the beginning of the project, İsmail Şengün gave a brief saying that Lilium should not be a lot different than her sistership Nerissa. We tried to play mostly with the colors inside. Personally, I wanted to feel the “peaceful brightness” in the interior. During the design process, our biggest challenge was to arrange the percentage of the materials and to avoid using so vivid colors.”
With a beam of 8.75 meters, Lilium’s both interior and exterior living areas have plenty of sections suitable for socializing. The sundeck has a jacuzzi with surrounding sunbeds and U-shape seating areas. The central staircase of the yacht reflects amazing daylight from the jacuzzi above, while the specially designed Caviar lights are the result of the inspiration from nature. In the interior, color palette mostly includes white and golden touches. Brass helps to create the warm atmosphere as a material.
The yacht’s biggest difference from her sistership Nerissa is certainly her galley. The layout changed in order to make it easy for the crew to move around without coming across with the guests. There is a pantry located between the galley and the living room.
Lilium can accommodate up to 10 guests in her 5-cabin layout. Headboard in the master cabin has a special design reminding a folding fan. This is one of the details that show the craftsmanship of Bilgin 156. Private jacuzzi for the yacht owner on the front deck makes the owner feel even more special.
