Centerpoint Marina

The Shipyard’s rich maritime heritage was preserved with the creation of CenterPointe Marina as the focal point of the revitalized community. The clubhouse and outdoor pool are located at the foot of the new piers with expansive views stretching for miles from the Bayview Bridge to the East, all the way to the historic Michigan Street Bridge to the West. The clubhouse acts as the nucleus of The Shipyard community where new and old friends gather to share their common love of Door County and the waters of Lake Michigan. CenterPointe is a world-class marina with 150 slips able to accommodate yachts up to 250 feet in length with average water depth of over 15 feet.
